This week it's all about relaxing breathing exercises.

In each day's episode, you will discover a different breathing technique that you can do to instantly calm your mind and body.

Now the breathing exercise I'll share with you today is a simple one to do. In fact, I'll be sharing

with you simple breathing exercises so that you remember how to do them during your times of greatest need.

There are a lot of more intricate breathing techniques you could do,

but I want you to remember how to do these techniques.

And these techniques, even though they're simple,

you notice the results immediately and they are powerful. I will mention that when you do

breathing techniques if you're not used to breathing deeply, you can feel a little light-headed
