Summary

Can you see the kid inside the outer casing you forged throughout the years? You are still on time to pull that kid out and enjoy their effervescency; their vibrating gifts are still bubbling.

In this episode, I'm joined by Amrit Sandhu, a Spiritual Guide, Leadership and Meditation Coach, the Founder of Inspired Evolution, and the host of a podcast with the same name. He grew up listening to his father's deep mystical concepts and watching his mother develop her indomitable entrepreneurial spirit. That unique blend made him a spiritual entrepreneur, a passionate storyteller, and a meaningful and caring spiritual leader.

Still, the universe needed to show Amrit something before letting him experience that perfect alignment of values. The engineering degree and the J N McNicol Prize he received for it allowed him to choose among the best engineering jobs. Years at a well-paid engineering job, which offended his values and dishonored his true nature, took a toll on him and made him struggle with depression for six years.

Throughout this episode, you'll hear Amrit's thoughts on values as a sacred tool, the power of cultivating curiosity and using it to fill your passion's cup. Amrit also talks about his love for storytelling, how breathing techniques and mindfulness saved his life, the law of attraction, podcasting, and much more.

Tune in to Episode 209 of Uncover Your Magic, and let Amrit show you the path to a values-aligned existence.
