This is Diane, your lactation consultant.

I'm also mother of three kids, Nathan, Jessica, and Brandon, who Jessica and Brandon are twins.

And they're 25 and 23.

And, yeah, I've been doing maternal child health stuff for about 20 years.

My kiddos were breastfed for a decent amount of time, not as long as Abby, but did pretty good for a set of twins.

So I'm pretty proud of that.

We went over a year for both kids.

And five noon then, what I know now,

would be so much different, I think. Yes. Well, same. And I'm Abby, the badass breastfeiter.

And I have a social work background. And I am the mom of Jack who's 14 and Exley who's 11. And like Diane said,

they were breastfed for a really long time. And if I had to do it over again, I might,

I might not breastfeed them for so long. Or tandem nurse. I did that with both of them.

And that was great. You know, it was fun. I wanted to. But if I had had a third

baby, I don't know. They might have been, it may have been different. Because it's a lot.

Yeah. It's a lot. And yeah, you just go through things and you don't know what you're doing.
