started with you and your career background because I know you've had a lot of really great moments in terms of contributing to the beauty industry and you're truly a trailblazer here.

So I would love to learn about you and everything that led up to sweet chemistry and finding the

brand. Thank you yes. So a little bit of all my history I started out as a

chemist for a QC chemist actually quality

control chemist for Pfizer in 1990 and moved into R&D for the L'Oreal group

where I was a VA chemist at what they call a value analysis chemist.

And then they switched me to marketing in the mid-90s, went on to sort of Victoria's

Secret Beauty and NARS and have been sort of in marketing ever since,

but had that background all the way from QC to R&D.

So the clients that I was getting sort of as a consultant were various sort of

startups in the industry that wanted someone who understood both from
