I had the opportunity to go over to Israel and see Jerusalem, everything, and see the temple

mouth, which is this beautiful, massive structure, where they have these stones that are just so

unfathomably big, beautiful on the outside that you see. Then they take you down below,

where you can see the foundation in the stones. These corner stones are twice as big and twice

as beautiful as what you see on the outside. Think about that in your life. Is what you have built

on the inside of who you are, that understanding? Is that sturdy, no matter what storm happens?

Is it more beautiful on the inside than the outside? That's the who, the confidence, the who.

So once you know who you are, now you're ready to build.

last week with David Nurse. This is part two of that interview. I know it's going to

be a pleasure to speak to you. Q up part two. David, we talked about the art of genuine connection

and cultivating relationships. I want to pivot and talk about you just have a really unique

gift of encouragement. I strive to be this way in my relationships and I think that's one of the

reasons why you and I get along so well and connect it so well. But man, there's nothing better

than just being encouraged by somebody to have somebody speak life into you. Every time I interact

with that guy, I leave feeling a little bit better, right? Or maybe a lot better. That, hey, if I

get a message from David, sometimes relatively random, it's going to uplift my day, right? And I

remember that because despite the fact that we give the example to others, I would imagine, David,

you got a lot more outgoing messages that have encouragement than you do have incoming.

Right? Okay. So again, this is us trying to give you the action steps, the model to replicate.
