John, I thought we'd start out today since this will air a couple of

days after Thanksgiving over the weekend asking, what are you thankful for in the midst of

this really crazy year? Because it would behoove us to concentrate on those things we're thankful

for amid all the bad news and difficult headlines. Well, you threw me there. I'm actually

thankful that you

didn't ask what I thought you were going to ask, which is, am I willing to out myself with whether

or not I complied with the governor's request in Colorado? And what I thought about the list of

instructions that we saw from different heads of state, you know, throughout the last couple of weeks.

Well, I actually have the Colorado headline or the Colorado hotline right here in front of me.

So I can report you if I have any suspicions about the size of your gathering.

Well, the governor did say, and I quote, that if you do not follow the guidelines, you are putting a gun to the head of grandma.

So you could just, you know, for shorthand, asked if I put a gun to the head of grandma. You know, this is where, you know, between the two of us, you tend to be more libertarian,

but this is what drives the libertarian impulse out of me pretty strongly right here

is when we talk about the privacy of our own homes.

But no, let's ask and answer the question you actually did, which seems like a better place to go.

It's, you know, I'm so grateful this year

for all kinds of things. The connection with my family having gotten on an airplane nearly as

much as I tend to do. Now, on the downside is, is I usually take my kids with me on various trips,

and we've missed that. Actually, on the upside, you're not complaining about TSA every single...

I know, that's true.
