Well, welcome to Thanksgiving Week on behalf of all of us at the Colson Center.

I hope it's a great celebration with you and your family here at the

Breakpoint podcast. We wanted to have a conversation this week on things that related to Thanksgiving.

And it's not a new new book by any means, 2014, but one of the guys that I respect greatly as a thinker

contributes frequently at first things,

as well as Touchstone.

I get to see him twice a year at Evangelicals and Catholics together.

That gathering that Chuck Colson and Father Richard John Newhouse started is Peter Lightheart,

who's the president of the Theopolis Institute and adjunct senior fellow

of theology at New St. Andrews College, ordained in the communion of reformed evangelical churches.

but I don't know that I've ever had an intellectual conversation about gratitude.
