into the season but we are going to talk about 10 players who are showing signs of breaking out and whether or not we believe these are legitimate guys that you should be buying into, trading for, picking up with rest of season hopes. And we're going to get it started with Mike Soroka, a good Canadian boy to kick things off. One of my most rostered players this

season, I certainly wasn't expecting him to come out of the gates the way he did with a 10 strikeout

game the other night, five good, clean innings, four hits, walked one batter, but the 10

strikeouts is massive to see. Are you expecting more of these type of performances from Mike

Seroca as the year goes on?

Is he somebody that you think is worth investing? And even if you're talking maybe a 12-team standard-sized league,

is Soroka somebody you think is worth a pickup, Justin? I think he's worth a pickup for now.

The thing is, you don't want to pin too many hopes on the guy because he really just doesn't stay healthy.

Since 2020, he hasn't thrown more than 89 and two-thirds innings in a single season.

He rarely makes it, you know, to, you know, double digit starts.

I know last year was his, you know, most amount of started games since 17, uh, since his

2019 breakout. But I just have a hard time believing that he's going to stay healthy.
