Oh my gosh. So that's hard to believe. And you told me when we first met, it was like 1996 or something. Yeah, I think we met when we were 15. Yeah, that's right. We were teenagers and getting on a driver's license. But the and you've done a lot says I want to ask you something and it just came to me right now

So Dave would go on these mission trips and, and he couldn't talk about them, which is always a mystery to me because he couldn't reveal information because you'd be in the Middle

East.

You'd be in all these places, hot spots, right?

Working with different mission organizations.

But now I'm thinking since we've been in Iran, you actually met with the church in Iran, right?

Tell me about the church there because we never hear about it on the news.

Is there a church in Iran?

There's not only a church in Iran, but it's exploding.

Some people consider it to be the fastest growing church in the world. And it's all

happening relationally in a relational context. There's actually a method called DMM as a discipleship

making movement. And what they believe is that they're actually helping people learn their

selves into an experience with God. How does that work? So you meet somebody and you don't know who they are. They might be secret police. They could be somebody that's a little bit radical. Sure, it could be part of the Revolutionary Guard network. Yeah, and they're talking about, gee, I got a headache. And they'll say, oh, I've got a story that, you know, kind of talks about that. And they're really into stories and they're really into like having tea. So they'll get together. And they kind of like put the finger on the pulse and check, is this a good opportunity to talk to a person about jumping to maybe God talking to them? Because everybody believes in God. Culturally, everybody believes in God.
