When sugar rules your life, it can feel fucking miserable. I know because I've been there. Energy crashes, insatiable cravings, and late-night binge sessions gone awry were my normal. I couldn't wake up in the morning and needed a ton of sugar and caffeine to get through the day.

But it's easy to get confused. Do you have to go keto? Eat zero carb? Never eat dessert again? How can you break up with sugar when it's in everything?

In this Fierce Love edition of Harder to Kill Radio, I'm sharing my own personal story of how I slayed my sugar cravings, including tips you can implement today. Perfection isn't the answer. It does take resolve and discipline. But with the right approach, you'll make progress.
