Summary

Although this “alcohol free” journey has only been 7 weeks long thus far, it’s still been monumental. I’ve been at parties with major celebrities, celebrated the victory of finally becoming a Challenge Champ, and even attended the super bowl… all while being sober. Over the course of this bite-sized podcast I aim to take you through the timeline of my first introduction to alcohol, my relationship with it, what made me stop, and how I still maintain a social life after quitting.
