This is not a replay, folks.

This is breaking news.

Again, President Trump has received a target letter from special council, Jack Smith.

And this is a new grand jury target letter coming from Washington, D.C., where a grand jury

has been investigating his role with January 6th.

Now it's not just with the insurrection, the riots that occurred on January 6th, but

also the election, what they call as the election denial and what they call the big lie.

But we would call political speech or speech, the idea that again, you can put out speech

and believe that the election was stolen that President Trump, whether that's, again,

you agree with that or not.

It's not illegal to hold that view.

But again, there's some speculation than what exactly is, Jack Smith going to be entitled

about.

Is it the electors that the alternative slate of electors?
