of New York is that President Trump has filed an emergency petition to the Supreme Court to prevent

the sentencing that was supposed to happen this Friday. We're going to break that down with Harry Hutchinson

Because today we are focused on this breaking news that came out of, well, President Trump's

legal team to try to stop the sentencing, which was supposed to happen on Friday in the New York

case, which again, we kind of know won't be anything. It's not going to be prison time.

That's not what we're looking at here.

But President Trump is pushing this, taking all efforts to get this pushed beyond being inaugurated.

That's right.
