The Trump Justice Department took a truth social-like post and threw it into a real court filing, a filing that truly as a lawyer, I would be embarrassed to submit to a judge as a reporter and a

lawyer. It is one of the most unhinged court filings I have ever seen. And I'm going to walk you

through it this morning. At the same time, Jimmy Kimmel is firing back at the White House for

demanding that he be fired, telling Melania

Trump that if you want to tone down the hateful rhetoric, ask your husband to do so first.

It's a major Iran news as the United Arab Emirates is leaving OPEC.
