Guys, I want you to know that last show we did on Ringing Versus, buying a home, was so persuasive

that not a week past the show being recorded, bow had a contract on a house.

I mean, when the money guy tells you to do something, you go do it, right?

I mean, that's the way that it works.

To be fully, I was trying to pull some Jedi tricks on him.

I think he probably caught on that that's what I was doing, because we recorded that last show up actually in Nashville.

I was up there visiting bow for some work stuff, and it's just interesting.

And he showed me a house that he was looking at, and you know, I thought he needed a little push.

I mean, because you plan on having many, many years of success up in Nashville, interest rates are in an all-time low right now.

And I've got some things going on. We'll be talking about in a few shows, but I thought the timing was right.

It seemed like it was a good time, right decision.

I got a beautiful house, closing here in a few weeks, getting all the final touches on it and stuff, and we're excited.

I know my wife is super, super excited about it.

She's going to be happy to no longer be a runner, get to have a place that she calls home, and do her decorating, and shopping, and all those sorts of things.

So it'll be fun.

Now you can experience what all parents realize. You can yell at your kids in your house, and your neighbors hopefully can hear you.

Yeah, not feel guilty about it.

There's no apartment.

I mean, right now on paper, I look like a great parent, but if you actually, if I was in an apartment complex, probably people would call defects or something.
