Valentine's Day is coming gone, but there are still a whole lot of Seattleites looking for love.

Dating apps may seem like the only way to meet people these days. Not true. Coming up, we'll talk

with a Seattle comedian whose live show is helping people connect IRL. But first, let's get you

caught up. State lawmakers are considering whether to make a change to Washington

State's flag today. A new bill asserts the current design lacks relevance to the state's

identity. As a refresher, the Washington State flag features a portrait of George Washington

on a green background. If passed, a committee would create a new design by 2028, which would then be put up for voter approval.

The public would also be encouraged to submit their own flag design, so, hey, maybe get out that sketchbook.

After some chilly and strangely sunny weather, it is back to business as usual this week.

Temperatures are expected to stay in the 40s to low 50s.

No snow in the local forecast.

In fact, the National Weather Service says we're also likely to get consistent rain through the rest of the week and on into the weekend.

And a positive update on the newest member of our local orca pod, the Center for

Whale Research says New Orca calf J62 is female and appears to be doing very well, is filling

out nicely. Researchers also note that J35 Telequa is no longer carrying the corpse of her deceased
