Okay, so what happened today in Virginia?

So I was on Twitter today and watching the

comments come in from Democratic legislators in Virginia who passed ERA. And they're shouting

and proclaiming that they were the 38th state to ratify the ERA. Therefore, the ERA is in the

U.S. Constitution.

Wrong.

That's really not what happened.

And in fact, they're just quite lying.

I mean, even the ACLU of Virginia got these facts wrong.

So I'm coming to you live because I want you to understand what really happened today in Virginia,

what's going on with the EERA and why the heck it's even a thing

because it was a thing from the last century, and what this is all about and what the real motives

are here. Because I think this is an interesting story that really isn't being covered by

the mainstream media. So I'm going to try to do this without my internet shorting out this time.
