Today we are going to be talking about anxiety, which is something I'm an expert in.

Yes, congratulations.

When you're in a city and everything that you're seeing is made by human hands,

it's almost like everything in your environment is signaling to you that your life is fully in your control.

But I feel like when you're out in nature, you're reminded that this is God's world.

Ultimately, I'm not sovereign over my own life.

I've been learning a lot about it, and there are some tools that I found helpful, and I think a lot

of people deal with this issue, so I'm just going to be real about it. This is such a relevant topic. I can't wait to get into it. First, I want to tell you about the Alliance Defending Freedom.
