This is installment number five in our multi-part series on spiritual warfare.

Now, we've been trying to build a theology, ground us in the scriptures, build a worldview up through the first four episodes,

and in episodes three and four, then we began to focus directly on how do you deal with dark spirits, how do you deal with demons, and how the

victory of Christ gives us absolutely everything we need to take care of that.

Today we're going to turn a corner because another very

very significant category in the whole spiritual warfare realm is something that

out there in kind of the vernacular gets called soul ties.

And this is not when we are encountering opposition from foul spirits.

This is actually complicated entanglements with people that often allows a good deal

of spiritual oppression in our lives. And so here's what we've done. We did a marvelous series on this

literally almost five years ago to the day. So how coincidental is that? And Craig

McConnell, my wife Stacy and I got into the studio and we very carefully walk through the

scriptures, the perspectives, wait, what do you mean about Soltize?

How do you deal with it when it's a person

and not a foul spirit?

Because you can rebuke foul spirits,

but you deal very lovingly with people.

And so, how does that work and what's the difference?

We thought this would be very appropriate to this series.
