Summary

The U.S. Supreme Court just announced a huge decision that could directly affect the 2024 presidential election. The ACLJ had filed an amicus brief in support of Virginia after the Biden-Harris DOJ sued the state for removing noncitizens from the voting rolls. Per SCOTUS, noncitizens will not be allowed to vote. Also, President Joe Biden just took a page out of former presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s playbook (“deplorables”) in calling President Donald Trump’s supporters “garbage.” How will Biden’s comments affect Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign? The Sekulow team discusses the ACLJ’s victory for election integrity, Biden labeling half of Americans as “garbage,” the latest election polls, Senator J.D. Vance’s upcoming appearance on Joe Rogan’s show – and much more.
