Yeah, breaking developments this afternoon. A Republican appointed judge in Virginia has just

minutes ago struck down last night's Virginia election results saying that it was unconstitutional

from the get-go referring to the redistricting amendment that Democrats put forward. I've said it from the

beginning that this is going to go to a

court battle and ultimately will be decided by the Virginia Supreme Court whether or not the redistricting

amendment was constitutional or unconstitutional. Well, right now, right now, it is on hold because a

Republican judge just struck it down. It comes after

Donald Trump begged the courts to do exactly that, throwing essentially what appeared to be a tantrum

calling the election results rigged, saying that the Supreme Court, the courts in Virginia must

essentially step in and while they have stepped in.

At the same time, RFK Jr. and Howard Lutnik faced significant criticisms on Capitol Hill

from Republicans and Democrats alike. I have the latest for you. Make sure to like,
