0:57.9	going to talk about that in a second. Yet, however, I happen to know the goals that this particular
1:03.8	friends has. And I started coaching him right in the moment. And I said, you know, I said the reality is, is that, you know,
1:14.3	the lesson that you have to learn in this is that this is just part of the process, you know,
1:19.5	because if you make this a big deal, then this is where your victory threshold is going to be.

1:29.4	Because that's what we're going to talk about today. We're going to talk about the fact that
1:33.0	because of our past, because of our upbringing, because of our relationships, because of what
1:38.8	we've seen in life is possible or not possible, we have created what is called a victory threshold,
1:45.0	meaning we have created a lid that we can only go so far in life
1:50.0	in certain things and as a result,
1:52.0	that lid is keeping us back from what we really want in life.
