If you've been following the details of the DOJ's case against Donald Trump

for his mishandling of classified documents,

it will come as no surprise that Jack Smith is a supremely competent and confident

prosecutor. While he is yet to speak publicly about the case, he did show his cards on Thursday

when the Justice Department turned over all the evidence that is collected against Trump

to his defense attorneys.

This was clearly a flexed by Smith, who was not required to turn over the evidence yet, but

did so anyway, a clear indication that he wants Trump to know just how strong a case he has against him.

The result was a manic plea to its Maga supporters to save his guilty ass from prison.

Congress, please investigate the political witch hunt against me,

currently being brought by the corrupt DOJ and FBI,

who are totally out of control.

By the way, all in caps. The former president also

dusted off the idea that the DOJ framed him, framed him by planting the classified

material at Mara Lardo, despite the fact that he's claimed repeatedly that he magically declassified the material before
