What must impulse?

Hello, it's a bit hot, what most people think.

Now, it's coming a bit hotter on the heels of the main episode, which you haven't heard, listen to with Jonathan Cogan. Really, really funny chat with him. But we recorded that on Monday at 9.30. Then obviously, there's a lot of you know on Monday. There was two huge breaking stories. There was another release of the Mandelson files.

This time is less really about Peter Mandelson,

but what it sort of says about the internal workings of the Labour Party. And as you'd expect,

the internal workings of Labor Party are basically like,

you know those kind of like VHS recorders

that your family kept going years beyond their use?

When you looked inside,

there was fucking old tape,

pencil, probably a small rodent living in there. So there was that. And there was also,

you know, a minor issue of the RMT union having another strike and now being at odds with

other unions and the Labour Party. But the really big story which has caught people's attention

and mine is this Henry Novak really big story which has caught people's attention and mine is

this Henry Novak case, which a lot of people would have been conscious of as it was going on.

But yesterday there was both the sentence in. We'd had the verdict. And then also the

body cam footage was released, which was just so fucking disturbing and enraging. And so I wanted to talk about that

in the second half of this podcast. This is a topical comedy podcast. I get, I tried to really go

for things where there might be some thing of humor. But this is just so unique in terms of

all the way, all the ways that that lad was failed.

So I don't, also I'm conscious of sometimes podcasts appearing opportunistic.

So I'll see what I can do about turning off the adverts for this one.
