So some big breaking news coming out of Liverpool Football Club this morning as

under 23s boss Neil Kritchley has departed and Connor you can tell us a little

bit more about the the deal he's joining Blackpool of course Liverpool fans will be

very very familiar with him this season

obviously taking charge of two first team games and this is this is massive news isn't it?

Yeah it's huge to be honest I mean he has won as many FA Cup games as young

clubs for Liverpool this season but yeah he's spent six years with Liverpool and he's

really highly regarded working with the likes of Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliot

Neca Williams bringing them all through.

He was actually hand-picked by the FAA

to do one of the U.A. for elite coaching badges,

so he's a really fine talent.

But you can't really blame him for wanting to give it a go in first team

football obviously those first couple of appearances at Liverpool in the

Liverpool dug I was given a bit of a taste for that and yeah he's left to join

in Blackpool now. Yeah I mean obviously it's a huge opportunity for him and looking at the statement

that Liverpool have put out this morning, they've sort of made it clear that it's a huge opportunity.

We've seen Stephen Gerard managing the under 18s and then obviously

moving up to Rangers first team and you know what do you make of the situation do you think there

was ever a chance when Blackpool came in that he could have stayed or do you think this is just an obvious move

for him to take now?
