Thank you. Hello there, hello, surprise, yeah, it's me. We have some things to talk about. As you may or may not be aware, people have been asking me my inbox has been blowing up. The Facebook group has been talking all about this, Instagram. I'm getting DMs about this. And of course, I do want to talk about the fact that Cody Wynn Brown himself, it has been announced that he is going to be one of the contestants, competitors, stars of Special Forces World's Tuffest Test, Season 4, starting in late September on Fox.

You may be familiar with that show and how it works, or you may be like me and you have never heard of this show before. Either way is totally cool, but yeah, blindsided me. I'm not the most plugged in behind the scenes guy. I'm not somebody that's being leaked like insider information or anything, so this was very much a shock to me. I had no idea. I've been searching. I actually found out about this because I was searching Sister Wives Season 20, which I do every few days just to see if there's been any sort of scoops or anything, because obviously I'm interested in want to know. I'm invested if there's going to be a season 20 of Sister Wives, which I do not know for sure. What I do know is next month, as of this recording, we are going to be seeing Cody Brown compete in this show, which is all about pushing celebrities to their limits, putting athletes and reality TV stars and musicians, people like that through all kinds of tests that I guess are equitable or even the same

that's real U.S. Special Forces people complete in order to complete their training.

This is all, this is part of why I didn't, by the way, talk about this yesterday when the news dropped is I wanted to kind of take some time.

I mean, we were in the middle of all kinds of stuff.

I was at the trampoline center with my kids when I found out about this as I was casually Googling stuff. And I wanted to get home and like learn about this show and what this actually is

before I talk to you. But from what I can understand and correct me if I'm wrong, this isn't an elimination

style show. so you're not

going to see Cody Brown get eliminated per se, but people quit. Like, people can tap out and go,

all right, yeah, I don't want to do this anymore. And they sort of ceremonially turn in their

armband that signifies that they are going, I can't do this anymore, I can't complete the tasks and the

training, which it seems like,
