and 17-year-old Tiley Ryan officially comes to a close. The human remains found on Chad

Davils property are officially identified as the missing kids. The Rexburg Police Department

announcing the findings earlier today following autopsies performed in Boise. The remains were found

at Davils home in Salem Tuesday after a search warrant was issued. Authorities have not released

details about the conditions of the remains. Rexburg Police, Fremont County Sheriff deputies,

along with the FBI, made the discovery in Davils backyard. Davils has been arrested and charged with

two felony counts of concealment or destruction of evidence. What? Where's the murder charge?
