Thank you, Anderson. I am Chris Cuomo. We know that Iran has struck multiple American bases.

0:05.3

We are awaiting a full report of any casualties. That information may determine what happens next

0:12.2

on both sides. We just got word of something that may be a good sign that there may be less

coming next. We have that. Welcome to Primetime.

This is CNN Breaking News. Our two air bases in Iraq that house US troops have come under attack.

Iran has claimed responsibility directly. Now, according to the Pentagon, more than a dozen

0:39.7

ballistic missiles were launched at Al Assad and Arab-Bill bases around 5.30 pm Eastern time.

1:39.9

know. Two missiles hit in Erbil. One in the airport, the international airport there. The report

1:45.6

is it did not explode. Another landed outside the city. No injuries reported from that one. Now,

1:53.3

U.S. military reports that it saw missiles being organized in Iran, loaded, taken out of the

1:58.8

garrisons, put onto the launching devices, and ready for launch. A question that arises, why didn't

2:04.0

the U.S. strike at them then? That is interesting and complicated, and we can answer it tonight,
