I can tell you, consensus doesn't work.

It doesn't work.

You have to make sure that you force people to go for synergies.

You make sure that the idea to the synergies, you spend time to explain to them why the synergies are important.

If you lead them to themselves and you say it's consensual, nothing happens.

And by the way, we saw it in the results of the companies.

So, the three companies, alliance disappeared.

No longer works.

And the three companies, the growth has disappeared.

Profits are down. I'm finding a hard time to see any strategic direction.

No more technological innovation coming.

And no more work.

And on top of this, the line missed the unmissible, which is Fiat Chrysler.

Didn't go with the lines, they go with PSA.

But it's unbelievable.

How can you lose that?

How can you lose this huge opportunity to become the dominant player in this industry

by developing ties with people who were eager to join you, who were totally

complementary to the lines. Obviously, you're going to have 15 explanations telling you, you know

what, it's because of gone, because, you know, this and that and that. Everything is on me now.

But it is unbelievable that this didn't happen. It's unbelievable. So what I would like to say is this is not a common case where you say, oh, Mr. Gorn, you know what? You know, he didn't, and the media, sometimes they say he didn't pay taxes, no taxes involved. You know, he hidden compensation.
