I wanted, you know, one of my questions to ask you is what you think the verdict is going to be.

So the verdict just came in.

Yes. Guilty. First degree murder. Did you expect that? Well, I was surprised at first degree

murder. I was leaning more towards second degree murder because so many people thought, well,

you know, all these Google searches were after the fact.

So had he premeditated this, he would have done that days or hours before killing her.

However, when you look at the definition of premeditation, there's no time window or span on what constitutes premeditation. It can be as simple as walking from the

kitchen, grabbing a knife, and walking into the living room. So that's all you need. So the question

becomes, what did the jurors see that they felt constituted premeditation.

And in the closing argument by the prosecutors, they argued, look at that rock.
