background in analytics but also in personnel and this is a guy that's been

involved in everything that the Browns have done and every decision that they've made Barry and the staff have brought him in and I'm told he spent a lot of time with the scouts in San Francisco because he knew that that was an area of his game that he needed to strengthen.

So this is a guy that you're going to hear a lot from moving forward.
