The Supreme Court is currently still going with an oral argument on this case, which will speak to the issue of these nationwide

injunctions issued by district court judges. And this is an issue that we've seen pop up. We've seen

it more aggressive in these first hundred days than we've maybe ever seen it before in the history of a presidency

in the courts.

And what you're seeing is on full display the way that the Supreme Court justices are questioning

the Solicitor General and the other respondents about how they are going to come to an outcome on whether or not

these nationwide injunctions should continue.

And we're going to have very good analysis here.
