Well, we've got an update for you on the story of the crash involving former chief's assistant coach Britt Reid and the little girl, Ariel Young, who remains hospitalized in Kansas City. This happened just a couple of days before the Super Bowl, as you remember. And young Ariel's lawyer, Tom Porto from here in Kansas City, is now speaking out. He did an interview on Good Morning America this morning, and we're going to play that in its entirety for you coming up in just a moment. Let me give you the headlines

1:26.3

They want to go for felony DUI charges.

1:30.2

And then at the end, we'll talk about this after I play the clip for you. He says something about

1:33.7

the chiefs are working to resolve this and they want to get a resolution to this matter.

1:38.8

To me, that sounds like a lawyer that wants to settle something, but he is a trial lawyer.

1:42.7

If you look Tom Porto up online,

1:44.3

you can read all about him. He is a trial attorney. And I think this family is willing to go to

1:48.9

trial if they need to. I don't know. See, what I'd ever get in these things is how is a certain

dollar amount. I mean, to me, it would just be if something was done wrong, the people who did something wrong

need to be punished. The money's coming. It is the chiefs. There's a lot there. There's insurance

involved. The money's coming. So to worry about the money to me, and listen, you don't always think

clearly in the lawyers. To them, it's the money. Obviously, they get a cut. And that's how they make
