What you know, Alibir's got some breaking news for you that you are not going to want to hear.

Letitia Stalk has been granted a new trial over a juror issue.

Today, a three-judge panel gave an opinion about her appeal, and in the summary, it says that it reverses and remands for a new trial.

There were two judges concurring and one judge partially

concurring and dissenting. The juror, who has been identified as M.B, had a son-in-law who worked as a

deputy district attorney in the same office as district attorney Michael Allen who prosecuted the case.

Now, when she was at trial, the court did deny the defense challenge to remove that juror, but the court of appeals said that was a structural error that required a retrial. So, Lord have mercy, y'all. We've got to put up with this woman again. And a second time, seek justice for Little Gannon. That's the latest.
