I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD. Part two of what I hope is a really

interesting show tonight. And it's baffling to me every time, and I've watched other content

creators do the same story of Jennifer Soto and her interviews by the police. And even her interviews,

when she was reporting Madeline missing back on the 26th of February, it's just baffling

to me her behavior. I think it's it's inappropriate behavior. I try to think how I would

react if I had a 13-year-old daughter missing in that way. I analyze her behavior from the way she allowed certain things to happen in her own home

with her boyfriend and her, what started out as nine-year-old daughter.

It's just incredible to me.

And then I read today in some news reports. I think one of them I can cite

is Yahoo News, and it's been on other WFTV, that the police have no plans to charge Jennifer

Soto with anything. Now now I don't know if that's true or

they're just putting that out there as a strategic thing because and I'll I'll

quote them they said that the to channel 9 news sources told Channel 9 News in Kissimmee.

Shannon Butler, the reporter, that Jennifer Soto has done nothing criminal so far,

so she will not face charges.

I beg to differ that she has done quite a few things that are criminal.

And one of the things that we can put together that she's done criminal is something that I've

repeated ad nauseum, and that's omission. And the failure to act when you have the legal obligation to

act, certainly Jennifer Soto was guilty as hell of that. So you're telling me that with all

of these charges against her boyfriend, Stefan Stearns, and I'm talking about the 60,

and I'll call them SA charges, you telling me that that went on in her house,
