Good morning.

I appreciate everybody being here.

You know obviously coming off the by weekend.

It was a thought we had a good work week there last week trying to really hone in and focus on some of the details of the you know the

fundamentals communication you know all elements of you're trying to help transition

to the work we're doing on the practice

field so that it shows up there in the game to the best of our ability you know I gave

the guys a couple days off this weekend be able to kind of, you know, just refresh, you know, clear minds,

clear bodies and spirits and get ready to go be better this week.

And you know, that's, I thought our guys came back to really good meetings and

practice last night you know a lot of energy you're flying around so guys

definitely have a great sense of purpose for improvement and you know that's our focus and you know everything

that we have this week to go be the best that we can be you know coaches players everybody

involved you're trying to to put our best foot forward to accomplish what we're setting out to be here for this week.

And trying to block out all other things of the things that you learn from the experiences that we've had the first couple

weeks you work to get better but but really all of our attention and focuses here on a very

talented you know Memphis team that's coming in and you know making sure that you know each of our players and our coaches you

go and do our jobs to the best of our ability you know with the with the week ahead you

know do have some unfortunate news you know Jay. J.

J. Lucus will be out for the year.
