0:40.4	ourselves there. So we're going to dive into that today. Now for those of you

0:56.1	about this because in this course I share my own journey to overcome the grip of
1:01.4	fear and be set free from those what ifs that we so often struggle

1:06.7	And one of the key principles that I share in the online course is my journey to begin stepping out of my own comfort zone and
1:14.3	learning how to take risks for God and it's something that I refer to as
1:19.3	courageous living. Courageous living is so different than comfort zone Christianity.

1:30.0	In our modern culture, we are constantly bombarded by messages that encourage us to look out for
1:35.6	our own interests and live in self-protection and self-preservation.
1:41.2	I remember going recently to a medical facility that had all of these alternative
1:46.8	things that you could do to preserve your life and your health and live 10 years longer or
1:51.6	live 50 years longer.
