1:11.7	You need people in your life if you want money. I need the kind of contact and insight. If I want to
1:16.8	stay in touch with people and control my business and grow my rents, I need people calling me.
1:21.4	The bottom line here is unless you see hard work as the way forward rather than an obstacle.
