Joining us now, we're very excited about about this is Bright Bart's John Carney.

We are going to discuss the August jobs report.

John first before we get into some of the other news surrounding the economy.

Give us your reaction to these numbers and break down for people what we're seeing

and also how the markets are reacting.

So we saw a real softening of the labor market over the past few months.

The number came in today a lot lower than expected and probably even more important we had really big revisions to the last two months.

So that last month's number which was already quite low got revised down below 100,000. So July was very bad. The June number got revised
