Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend that host Steve Robertson here on the late Thursday night, early Friday morning, additional yard. I got a ink therapy appointment today, so I didn't want to delay. And you never know what the day is going to bring. This is the only time the phone's not ringing true story I mean

you guys hear it sometimes in the show but this time of year it's absolutely

frenetic it's almost like having a coaching search because you're constantly on

the phone working sources talking to people trying to get information trying to

find out who's going to visit Mississippi State who's seriously considering

Mississippi State I don's seriously considering Mississippi State.

I don't just rely on Twitter for information. I know some do. But it's a lot of work to bring you guys information.

And it has been crazier. Guys, we're four days in the portal season, and I can tell you, things have changed dramatically

this year compared to last year. I'm going to spend the first part of the show kind of detailing

that out as best I can because there's some things that they're going on that are perfectly legal

that I don't think most fans know and that one of the

things that I say on this show from time of time is that I love all of you but some of you make my

head hurt and so I'm going to do my best to kind of educate, entertain and inform today

to give you a better understanding and perhaps give me a bit of a break from some of that.

So if you can disseminate some of this information out, it would be great, great.

We've got a lot to discuss today, a lot to discuss today.

And we'll get updated on some of the portal prospects that have visited, some that we're expecting

to visit, some that may not visit. And we're going to share with you what we can about that.

And things change rapidly. I was speaking with an agent, and it's crazy to have to do that, right?

These high school players, you know, you kind of get to know them before they kind of,

people get their hooks in them a little bit.

And that's not to say that everybody's unscrupulous.
