Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the Mike Francesa podcast on what is obviously a very busy week.

We have plenty to do with the Rangers.

We still have some work to do for the Knicks.

We obviously have the NFL draft

and everything going on in baseball. And on top of that, we finally, after all these weeks and what

seems like in terminal period of time, we have a resolution. Rogers is finally a jet, we have a deal and everyone wants to run to

evaluate who won the deal. Because both teams were in locked in positions. They had no other

place to go. The Packers wanted to dump what was in, $108 million over the next two years,

and they wanted to move on as a franchise.

And the Jets wanted to bring a talent, and not just a talent, a great talent,

to the quarterback position where they had no player.

So everyone wants to see and evaluate.

And I'll tell you, I don't think after looking at it, it's that bad.

I think the Packers got what they wanted, which is, in essence, a number one pick for Rogers

in 2024.
