I, you know, we were kind of talking about the showy Otani contract we knew that most of it was

going to be deferred

Which was his idea or Tani's idea? I actually had no idea that most of it was going to be deferred.

I just thought a good chunk of it.

I had seen some report that most of it was referred, but we had no idea if that was 51% or 60%

I had no idea the way they did.

It's 97% deferred.

This is the most, it's the craziest thing ever.

So he signed a 700 million dollar deal with the Dodgers

for 10 years, so 70 million per year. Right, like just to give you an idea like Bryce Harper this year's making what, like

about $38 million or something like that yeah yeah he's

making two million making two million for the next 10 years per year yeah all

right so so that means when he's 40 years old yeah so he's not going to be playing when he's

40 he's 29 now when he's 40 between the ages of 40 and 50 he's gonna make 68

million dollars per year so and some fans will say well why would you you don't even

know if you're gonna, well, why would, you don't even know if you're going to be alive then?

Why would you, why would you give them a 97% break in the next 10 years when you're playing?

Well, people don't understand that off the field he makes 45 million in

endorsements per year yeah all right so he's fine he's not gonna he's not getting hurt
