How we feeling after the big Nashville trip?

I think my kidneys still hurt.

As good as you could feel, I guess?

Yeah, Melo, who was there with me,

tweeted that he is going to write a book called Hales from Nashville,

and I begged him, please don't write it until I'm like no longer employed

by a public company because there's some stories that I

don't want to come out. It was good though it was a it was supposed to be a break

right we were supposed to get away and have a break and then things just kept happening.

We had to record a podcast in there which is always a good time.

And then the Jets-Coltz trade happened and it was just like day after day of,

okay, well, I'm just actually going to work on vacation but that's okay because today we have a kick-ass show we're

gonna basically break the hell down out of that trade that colds jets trade because it completely

shakes up the landscape not only for those two teams but also for other

teams like the bills the Broncos the Cardinals that need a quarterback we're gonna have a great

interview with one of my favorite players in the draft, Boise State

linebacker, Leighton Vander Ash and then we're gonna answer you all's

questions with some draft on draft like we always do there at the end but I

because I haven't talked to you really since this trade went down. We texted back and forth a little bit but I just what was your reaction when you wake up?
