We start off with breaking news from GM shares on the move after the company said new

targets for revenue and operating margins is good, straight to fill a bow who is in

Warren, Michigan with all the headlines for the investor day, Phil.

Melissa, we're getting a little more clarity from CFO Paul Jacobson about how General

Motors plans to double its revenue annually by 2030.

As you take a look at shares of General Motors, taking a little bit higher after hours, a

couple of things to keep in mind from the targets that have just been set out.

They do plan to double their annual revenue to about $280 billion by 2030.

They get there by taking 140, which was the annual revenue pre-COVID.

And they say, look, we think we can double it.

They're targeting margins of 12 to 14% and the EV revenue by 2030, $90 billion for a point

of context.

They only expect to be doing $9 billion in EV revenue in 2023, a couple of years from
