Ten years ago, a six-year-old boy named Logan Tipton was stabbed to death in Versailles, Kentucky

by an adult man named Ronald Exantus. Ronald was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the crime,

and after serving less than half of that time,

he was released on parole.

Ronald then moved to Florida and started a new life

in a home across the street from an elementary school.

Now Ronald is back in police custody, and we have all the details on why.
