Well, listen, it's kind of, you know, we Matt and I work together through the week,

you know, just kicking back ideas on topics, what to talk about.

You know, we read all of your comments. Remember, drop us comments. But today, our topic was kind of

forced upon us. You know, you know, it was, it was, we actually had an agenda that we put to the next

episode because, you know, it is a very well, actually second or probably third, very, very ugly day out there right now.

It was already bad on Friday.

You know, Friday would have been August 2nd.

And then, you know, going to the weekend, Iran, Israel starts going off, a lot of stuff going on in the UK.

Like there's all this bad news flow over the weekend.

And then you come into last night.

And like one thing I do, and I don't know if you do the same, Matt, is like, I, like, I'm on Twitter X way too much, way too much.

So one thing I try and do on the weekend is I detach and

like this weekend I was really busy didn't really check Twitter X at all and then I just kind of

was having dinner Sunday night and I open it up and I'm just like Jesus like the world ending here

like what is going on?

And fortunate, you know, with bankage, you are the Japan, the Niki limit now, like all this stuff.

Fortunately, at the time we're recording, it seems to have calmed down a little bit.

But like last night, it was just like, again, you got World War III and, you know, Japan's crashing, Bitcoin's crashing. It's like,

whoa, what's going on here? So, um, so anyway, that's what we're here to talk about is like,

you know, how to react to this, how to manage it. And one thing funny, and then I'll let Matt in is like, this kind of stuff excites me now now i know remember the producers of the podcast
