What's your initial reaction? My reaction is I remember back in like 2019 arguing about Monta Morris is the real assist

to turnover leader, not Tyos Jones.

But that was like one lifetime ago.

My initial thought on this, I mean it's twofold.

First, I think that the Nuggets were hopeful that it was going to be someone else.

I think the Nuggets went into this deadline hoping for Chris Middleton, Kyle Anderson, or one of those types of players.

I think they were looking probably primarily more as a forward defensive player who, you know, has some offense to him, mainly just a vet.

And when the market sort of passed them by, I think they were aggressive looking for

those guys.

Those guys weren't interested.

I think when that happened, they still wanted to put a 15th player on the roster.

I think it was very important to them to say, even if this gives us 0.01% better odds at

the title, we will do it.

And this represents that, a very marginal improvement to the title. We will do it. And this represents that very marginal

improvement to the Nuggets as title odds. I think it's representative of how weak the buyout
