1:16.7	today. We are entering a completely new phase of the pandemic. At least so says the
1:24.0	government of Sweden, Denmark and Norway and other European countries who have
1:30.9	decided that it now is the time to lift all restrictions, indoor gathering,
1:35.9	large events, vaccination requirements, masking of any sort in their countries.
1:42.4	That's going to be effective at the beginning of this month. It really is a new
1:48.0	phase of the pandemic. It doesn't necessarily mean that it's born out by science
1:52.5	one way or the other. I think it's too early to know what sort of threat they're
1:57.7	going to face in their country from COVID-19, current variants or new
2:03.2	variants. But it does reflect countries I think who have been several of
2:08.6	who have been leading this way all along saying, you know, the burden is no
