Hey, what's happening everybody, welcome into, I guess this is an emergency episode of the podcast.

We got some

pretty big news that we want to cover with you andrew spades here with me as as usual and we have

to cover the browns making two straight days right andrew of a pretty gigantic coaching movement

for a team that we thought might be done with coaching movement an idea idea that I think way back when it happened,

and as the coaching search stuff didn't work out for Mike Vrable, we thought I would be getting

a hold of him if they can. And maybe they listen to the OBR Film Breakdown podcast. And they're like,

you know what? Those two guys are pretty smart. should call mike brable well we learned today that

it was labeled this way because i think every word of this hire is important that kevin

stefansky and andrew barry have hired mike brable to serve as a consultant for the browns

the former titans coach and coach of the year had been with him at indy uh at the combine

we'll work with them this season and i know

Andrew that i think robert mays said something as well in terms of like what he is believing this

is going to be because it's an interesting arrangement it's very interesting yeah may said

essentially that frabel is a sounding board for ke Kevin Stefansky, but also a resource for

a coaching staff that has a lot of young coaches on it, which is true. I mean, we kind of talk about

like Deuce Staley as being a sort of veteran NFL coach, but in the big scheme of things, I remember

him playing in the NFL. So, especially with Bill Callahan walking out the door, I think that's probably the key

to understanding this, is that Bill was that sounding board for Kevin.

He talked about it publicly, repeatedly when he had questions about whatever.

It was helpful to him to have somebody whose office was next door to his, that he could walk next door and say,

how did you handle this when you were a head coach?
