This is incredible news for Titans fan as Daboll represents a true CEO level offensive coach who can run an entire unit from top to bottom and has vast experience with developing young quarterbacks. That makes Daboll a great fit for Cam Ward as well as Ward becomes the next QB up in Daboll's list that includes Josh Allen, Daniel Jones, Jaxson Dart and Jalen Hurts. Ward needs the type of coaching Daboll brings to the table. On the defensive side of the ball, the Titans have hired Aron Whitecotton as the defensive line coach and not only is that an excellent hire, but it sets up Mike Rutenberg to be the defensive coordinator and that should be music to Titans fans' ears.
